Jules Buenabenta is the co-founder of Vendor Direct Solutions (VDS) and founder of one of the largest privately owned equipment leasing companies in the country, with a proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple industries. A visionary leader, he is dedicated to creating opportunities for others while fostering growth and innovation. Committed to giving back, Jules actively supports his alma mater, the University of Southern California, serves as board member for the National Parks Foundation, and served as Chair for the President’s Advisory Commission for Hispanics.

Anthony Forde
Anthony Forde has over 25 years of experience helping law firms to stay ahead of the technological curve. As the co-founder of Vendor Direct Solutions (VDS), a leading Legal BPO firm, he played a pivotal role in optimizing legal operations and driving innovation. He also helped lead the creation of eDiscovery, information governance, document management, SaaS, and portal solutions for AMLaw 200.

With over 25 years of experience in information governance, strategy, and technology, Jim Higdon has been instrumental in developing automated solutions that optimize information access and reduce paper dependency. As a co-founder of Vendor Direct Solutions (VDS), he has led initiatives that streamline processes and enhance compliance. His expertise in records management, business intelligence, and data analytics continues to drive innovation in the industry.


Chris Cotter
Chris Cotter has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading sales teams, and helping organizations adoptcloud-based solutions. With experience in SaaS sales and business development, he has successfully expanded FiT’s market presence and strengthened customer relationships. Previously, he was instrumental in scaling a SaaS startup, securing venture capital, and significantly increasing revenue.
